hehe, thanks for the green highlighting X, hope he gets a lot of time in the tournament. There's a lot of good, young CSL talent on the list, hopefully the team will have some success.

    seems they won't

the most important player of this U-19 team is 2005 CSL best youth player Hao Junmin but he didn't go to South Africa, other important players are Wang Dalei,Zhao Ming, Cui Peng, Huang Bowen, Yu Hai, Mao Biao and Wang Yongpo

Emm~ infact last youth NT sucked badly when they were U-17~ but this Youth NT actually did well in U-17AC and WYC~ and not so bad after they became Youth NT

the team in Finland 2003~ half of the players played 2005 WYC~ this U-19 squads is the one won 2004 U-17 AC and some of them played 2005 U-17 WYC, most of them are 18 years old now

Sounds like a very promising group of youngsters we have. :)

Not the best opposition out there, but we're cleaning house.

i have made this argument time after time

Chinese youth team is always strong. it doesn't mean anything. these kids will eventually stink.

I'm not going to say they will eventually stink, but I think a cautiously optimistic view is best. Too often youth talent doesn't translate to pro talent, its not only the case in China but everywhere, however we seem to have this problem a lot more. Let's just hope these guys can mature well and create a future for Chinese soccer.

they will learn the skills of match fixing and corruption if they stay in the CSL. Get out now while they still can.

Plus, I am not too sure the African nations fielded their best teams. Most of their young stars are probably playing in the African Nations Cup.
