Taiyuan Zhongyou Jiayi, Ningxia Qupper, Nanjing Qianbao, and Dalian Transcendence have clinched the four playoff spots in the China League Two North with two games remaining in the regular season. Meizhou Wuhua, Jiangxi Liansheng, and Guizhou Zhicheng have clinched three of the four playoff spots in the CL2 South division. Big game on Saturday for the final CL2 South playoff spot in Lijiang as Lijiang Jiayunhao can take the final playoff spot with a win over Meixian Hakka since they are only 2 points beyond. Meixian just needs a win or draw to clinch the spot. Sichuan Longfor was eliminated with their loss to Guizhou.

Chongqing Lifan have clinched their promotion to the Chinese Super League! Finally a team from near Sichuan will be in the top league again!!

In CL1, Chongqing Lifan clinched the CL1 title. Shijiazhuang, Wuhan, and Beijing Baxy are still fighting it out for the final promotion spot. Yanbian has been relegated to CL2 and Chengdu is almost there as well. Chengdu would need to win their final two matches and Hebei would have to lose their final two matches for Chengdu to avoid relegation.
CSL: 1 Guangzhou Evergrande 2 Shandong Luneng Taishan 3 Beijing Guoan 4 Guizhou Renhe Moutai 5 Dalian Aerbin 6 Guangzhou R&F 7 Shanghai Shenxin 8 Shanghai Greenland Shenhua 9 Shanghai East Asia 10 Liaoning Whowin 11 Tianjin Teda 12 Hangzhou Greentown 13 Jiangsu Guoxin Sainty 14 Changchun Yatai 15 Henan Jianye 16 Harbin Yiteng China League One: 1 Qingdao Jonoon 2 Wuhan Zall 3 Guangdong Sunray Cave 4 Chongqing Lifan 5 Shenzhen Ruby 6 Shenyang Zhongze 7 Beijing Baxy 8 Shijiazhuang Yongchang 9 Beijing BIT 10 Tianjin Songjiang 11 Yanbian Quanyang 12 Hunan Billows 13 Xinjiang Tianshan Leopard 14 Chengdu Tiancheng 15 Qingdao Hainiu 16 Hebei Zhongji
I didn't know about Qingdao Hainiu's 7 point penalty until now, which still gives Chengdu hope of avoiding relegation as Hainiu is only 2 points ahead of Chengdu with 2 games remaining. I don't know what they received the deduction for because I cannot read or copy and translate the article from the FA site linked from CL1 Wiki page.
Gold4278, Qingdao Jonoon were deducted 7 points not Qingdao Hainiu. I believe the reason was because when Liu Jian wanted to transfer to Guangzhou Evergrande at the beginning of the season on a free transfer they lied that he had another season left with them. Anyway while this means little for the relegation race if Qingdao Jonoon had kept those 7 points they would still be in with a shout for promotion.
Guangzhou Evergrande has the highest average attendance of CSL this season: 41,682. Better than clubs like AC Milan, Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur.
Thanks for the correction. Without the deduction Jonoon would still have a chance technically of promotion, but now they are too far away.
In CL1, Chengdu has been officially relegated to China League Two. The second promotion spot is still to be determined this weekend.
Jiangxi wins the China League Two championship with a 2-0 home win over Taiyuan. Guizhou claims third place with a 2-0 win over Meizhou.
So head-to-head means that tie-breaker priority goes: 1. Baxy 2. Shijiazhuang 3. Wuhan Shijiazhuang just needs to win in the last round to get promoted, or match Wuhan's points without a Baxy win. Wuhan needs to surpass Shijiazhuang's points this weekend, and hope Baxy doesn't win if they draw. Baxy needs to win and hope neither of its rivals win.
Can anyone tell me just what happened in the 90+5th minute that saw a Qingdao Hainiu player get red carded and gave Shijiazhuang the winning goal to steal promotion away from Wuhan? I'm happy for Shijiazhuang, but suspiciously so. I wanna see the video.
the CFA had announced a expansion of China League two next season, the China League two may have a size between 18 and 22 teams next year, currently it has 17 teams, CFA announced that they will make a assesment of top clubs in the CAL, and the teams who meets the China League Two criteria will be promotd to CL2.
Guangdong Sunray Cave moved to Xi'an for the 2015 League One season. They'll be called Shaanxi Wuzhou. Also Meixian Hakka will relocate to Haikou for League Two this season
Shaanxi Wuzhou failed to meet China League 1's admission criteria, so Yanbian Changbaishan, relegated at the end of the 2014 season, is given a second life. Yanbian Changbaishan will take Shaanxi Wuzhou's place in CL1 2015. Great news for Yanbian, they supported their team well last year and the club has a very unique ethnic flavor to it. But tough luck for Xi'an, another great footballing city, which is once again without a club to support. Also, just promoted Taiyuan Zhongyou Jiayi has moved to Hohhot to be Nei Mongol Zhongyou.
