Sánchez entrenó hoy sin problemas.

Isla no entrenó y está en duda para el viernes.

Fuenzalida se casará y fue liberado (no entiendo para qué lo citaron, y "se supone" que Sampaoli debería saber que Fuenzalida se casaría en estos días).

de ser así que no inviten a Valdivia, Vidal, Carmona, Jara ni a Beausejour.

Si se recupera jugaría de 2 y Jara de central en vez de Lichnovsky.

I was thinking the same thing. In any case, it's a big opportunity for Lichnovsky. We can see how well he adapts. Having said that, no first-team football at club level might be a factor. We'll see.

Hopefully, maybe playing in the national team will bump him up to first team. In my opinion either Lich or Roco should already be starters.

He has been playing regular first-team football...albeit for Porto's B team in the Portuguese 2nd division.

Good to see both of them get games in 2014. At one point, I thought that they'd have to wait until next year.

On another note, is it just me or does anyone else also like the atmosphere of a packed house at the CAP? Great little stadium; I hope they upgrade it in the future by working on all four corners to increase its capacity.

Yo esperaba "apenas" un 4:0 sobre Venezuela (esta Venezuela ya no es la de Farías, volvió a ser la Venezuela débil de siempre me parece).

Respecto a los mejores del partido, para mí claramente fueron Valdivia, Sánchez y Medel. Mención honrosa para Isla.
Los 2 que entraron en el 2° tiempo (Millar y el argentino Hernández) aportaron con goles.

Lo que más me gustó de Chile fue el ritmo y la presión, las buenas diagonales y obviamente el poder de concreción, aunque hubo 2 tiros más en los postes (podría haber sido 7:0 al menos)

Y Lichnovsky no dio la talla, demasiado inseguro en las salidas y pases erráticos.
