Fabregas is in a unique position where he is the only backup to Jorginho. We can't really let him go. If Ampadu recovers and gets some form, I would start playing him but not sure when that will happen.

The thing is though they aren't like for like. Jorginho is a director where Fabergas is a creator. Kovacic is probably a more direct replacement for Jorginho.

Kovacic is more of a dribbler. I don't think his passing is close to Jorginho or Cesc to be honest.
