Greñas, I totally agree that this could go on and on and each side can say this or that and it gets us all nowhere. Both sides did and said things that were not instrumental in fostering unity and cohesion. The crap needs to stop and let's all just move on and concentrate on what is important, and that is the support of the team. At the same I have to add though that the bullcaca needs to stop from both sides since that is what perpetuates this. Let us all raise our hands and voices for the Players on the field.
I'm not "begging" anyone to do anything - I'm making an observation. And if indeed I thought that either the TA or EB were singing for me - I'd want some AC-DC or Black Sabbath thankyou.
Texian Army did try something with AC/DC's Thunderstruck. As for everything else....All this talk of honesty is pretty subjective. Each side has a story, you can choose to believe whatever you want. The clear thing is that bad communication and misunderstandings happened. While some of us want to move on from it, others don't.
Well I hope that things do get sorted out and that rather than having divisiveness - there is just a huge sea of orange. Formal supporters groups, and those of us who wear the orange, or even those who just attend the games all are supporting the team. Some of us refrain from actually joining a supporters group because of a number of factors - it could be an unwillingness to shout oneself hoarse for and hour and a half - it could be because they are incapable of standing for that amount of time - or it could be for the reason that I don't join. I refuse to join a group which would have someone like me as a member (stolen from Groucho)
alot of the fights that happened within both sg's were because of dumbassses that started talking shittttt in the forum people that dont even belong to the sg's but o well ill probably get a red card for saying this or someone will erase my posts ....
this is about the best answer and best explanation of what TA/EB are doing. i wish there was some kinda anthem the whole stadium would sing before or after the game, i'd say be patient.
Taking back this thread... Full disclosure: I saw the last thirty minutes of Green Street Hooligan's once, and once in Austin I ran into Elijah Wood on Halloween at Club de Ville and said "hey look, there's some d-bag dressed up like Elijah Wood" That being said, you know the tune: Nothing rhymes with Orange But I’m Orange through and through From San Jose They came this way And always fight Like champions There’s nothing we can rhyme with So we have to make it up But nothing rhymes with Orange Let’s Go Orange, Win the Cup!
