On paper, yes it's surprisin that Firpo lost by only one goal. That said, those boys plat with heart, you could see the determination on their faces. They let it all hang out last night and could've upset a Dynamo team that seemed unmotivated in comparison to how they usually play. The team was starter heavy. Like I said, I think they were a bit too complacent and Firpo came out swinging. As far as the ref bias...that's the biggest load of bull I've heard. Last I checked it was Eddie Robinson that got a red and several Dynamo players that got carded...more so than Firpo.
Yes but the Firpo defense also got a red... it was a horrible ref for both sides but the ref was not biased.
