Roma and Atalanta literally don't want 4th place. A win pulls us to 9 points back of 4th. Roma also plays Atalanta in 2 weeks so 1 or both will drop more points. If we can go on a little 3-4 game winning streak (and given the opposition, I think it's achievable) I can see us being as little as 4-6 points away from 4th.
