Reports put Trinidad & Tobago's participation in doubt. They have been refused funding by the government for expenses for next weeks games http://www.socawarriors.net/mens-se...ws/federation-news/11567-anil-under-fire.html It is not difficult to see the Jack Warner still manipulating things behind the scenes, but now working against the National Football Federation instead of using them to line his pockets.

That is the bigger problem scheduling needs to be done better and well ahead of time no more last minute changes
There aren't enough FIFA dates and there are never any in December or January. The most popular national team tournaments like the World Cup, Euro, and Copa America are all played in the summer, which is the only time of year they could play the Caribbean Cup and its qualifiers without competing with UEFA leagues for players.

The CFU have handled the media terriby haven't they? No articles on their website, no press releases, FIFA do not even have all fixtures on their website.
this is the result Grupo 7 1-República Dominicana 7 (+4) 2-Martinica 5 (+1) 3-Guadalupe 4 (+1) 4-Puerto Rico 0 (-6)
Curacao used their U20 team. Why do so many Caribbean teams play their youth sides in these tournaments?
I guess it is a money issue, their best players are probably in Europe and airplane tickets are expensive
Sure I get why the European players aren't used but it seems they could field a team with more experienced local players. Suriname did the same in WCQ's they fielded a U20 team. What is the point of fielding a U20 team if the senior team doesn't exist
Presumably under 20 sides don't receive a match appearance fee? Dwight Yorke, for example wanted $5k for each time he played for T&T.
