I was about to post that. Rat face claims it was a simple grappling for the ball, the poor mouthing skank.
Ah so you have Neville and we have Le Saux. Le Saux voted with the ref. Me... I thought Mo went down out of frustration because he couldn't move. Defo a PK though.
I thought we had similarly wasted as many chances as we were likely to get in this match, in the first half.
Penalty? What penalty? First half made me very nervous. Second half was better, though Cardiff had their chance. All in all, I'll take a clean-sheet win at Cardiff any day. Fingers crossed that Fabinho is okay.
0-0 at halftime, and I panic every time. But this team never panics. That's 5 games in a row that winning goal has come in the 2nd half, and sometimes late in the 2nd half. Fulham, Spurs, Southampton, Chelsea, and now Cardiff. The players have kept their composure every single time when it would have been easy to let the pressure get to them. The pressure certainly gets to me. Lets put Huddersfield away before halftime on Friday. It was great to see Wijnaldum score such a big goal. He's been the most consistent presence in our midfield all season and he deserves that. Three games left. All we can do is win all 3 and hope for the best. If a team like Cardiff can give us a run for our money, there is hope that the Mancs, Burnley, or Leciester can do the same to City. Brighton might be desperate on the final day as well.
Klopp said that Liverpool trained at Melwood without cutting the grass or watering the pitch because he knew what they would be facing today. How does the Premier League not have rules about this? Teams are intentionally ruining their pitch in favor of crap football.
that was a LOT harder than it should have been. like you suss I'm looking forward to a game where I can breathe at half time. BTW I heard that Knobhead Neville says it wasn't a pen. what a frigging idiot.
