I hope TFC wins because they're my team and I want them to win everything they play. That said, I'm really having a hard time getting interested in this made up Cup that falls right in the middle of the playoff run. Not that TFC has a realistic playoff shot right now but imagine if they were fighting for the Supporters' Shield again and suddenly there's this mid-week extra game against a really difficult opponent. Stupid.
I've been a pretty diehard TFC fan for several years and today was the first time where someone at work asked me if I was going to the game tonight and instead of saying yes or no, I said "They play today?" I honestly totally forgot. That's the level of apathy I had for this.
