I thought there was a clear yellow on advincula that the ref missed early that set the tone.

He also had a good cross field pass and an great lead on ball both to Neymar. He has done a little more than simple passes. Having said that, I am pretty sure we will see him mess up a few times in the competition. The question is if it will lead to a goal. In that department, it's David Luiz 1 x 0 Dani Alves. :ROFLMAO:

I'm not saying all he did was simple passes. Compared to his usual performances, he has done more simple passes than his usual passes that lead to giveaways.

DL, Fred would be my two players off. I keep Tardelli on still cause at least he is moving well and passing well.

    This is still Peru. :D

Although I have to say, they have played better than I expected. It will be interesting to see if Dunga leaves the team as is or comes out more conservative. It has been back and forth in the first half and under normal circumstances, we should end up on top in a shootout type of game.

I really don't get Tardelli instead of Firmino. All clues pointed to Firmino starting.

Should be a red card for Peruvian player kicking Tardelli. I don't get why some players risk a red card on such a stupid play.

If we draw this game and there's plenty of time left then vs Colombia. ..Willian, Neymar, Firmino, and Tardelli should start as our magic square!! Damn I took it back to 2005 with that statement!!

I don't mind Alves when he's playing seriously. Too bad it takes a wide open defense and horrible David Luiz for Alves to make an effort for us.

    Douglas Bosta for Retardelli.

Firmino on the bench. Check the Nike contract maybe for an explanation.
