    too funny pre-Juventus move
    2013–2014 Paris Saint-Germain B 16 (0)
    2013–2014 Paris Saint-Germain 3 (0)

couldn't even score for PSG B, LMAO. Wonder how much was he type of player who looked better when younger even with no end product. Like scouts are impressed by his speed/dribbling and physicality but as he got older and older he's shown himself to be overhyped and useless.

Well, there's always Bernard Diomede. He was part of the France squad that won the 1998 World Cup, playing a few minutes in the group stage IIRC, and afterwards was never again called up.

I was curious about him and found out he spent his entire career playing for mid-table clubs in France and England, the 1998 World Cup was his only career trophy. IMO he takes the title of luckiest mediocre footballer to have ever won a World Cup.

So last nights results meant that Dortmund joined Bayern and Leipzig in the CL last 16, where both Bayern and Leipzig will be top seeds. Leverkusen have already secured EL, however it is still possible to go through tonight if Atletico don't beat Lokomotiv at home.

Whatever happens tonight it has been a pretty successful group stage for the BL clubs, with all 4 clubs meeting expectations and Leverkusen still in with a chance of surpassing theirs...

Frankfurt sucked 3 wins and 3 losses is very poor form. And Gladbach 1st place in 1BL embarrassing the whole league.....

so EL R32, Frankfurt, Wolfsburg and Bayer.

6 out of a possible 7, not bad. BMG should hang their heads in shame failing to advance from an accessible group.

Nevertheless, performances in the group stage are meaningless next to performances in the knockout rounds.

In Europa looks like we do not have much hope...Frankfurt/Wolfsburg doesn’t have potential and Leverkusen is a bottler

yeah these clubs can barely compete with clubs outside of Germany, would be surprising if they go too far.

sounds like the Macedonian Koln player 00-Churlinov is unprofessional, seriously wonder why there are so many unprofessional players. Even more stupid when it's players who haven't brokenthrough anything yet...

Marcelo Saracchi, Luan Candido, Stefan Ilsanker and Matheus Cunha could all be departing RB Leipzig in the winter, according to Bild.

Saracchi and Candido have struggled to get regular playing time this season, and their situation probably won't get any easier in the near future, with Benjamin Henrichs expected to be brought in from AS Monaco in January.

Saracchi, 21, has reportedly attracted interest from Galatasaray while Candido, 18, has been linked with loan move to the club's Austrian feeder side FC Liefering.

Stefan Ilsanker has actually played regularly in recent weeks, but will struggle to keep his spot in the starting eleven when Willi Orban and Ibrahima Konaté make their return from injury in January.

Finally, 'Die Roten Bullen' might cash in on Matheus Cunha who is yet to make his breakthrough at Red Bull Arena following his move from FC Sion in 2018.

The 20-year-old, who was linked with Sevilla last summer, has showed glimpses of potential, but is considered too inconsistent.

lol, already axing 3/3 of their South American players, what a waste of money. Saracchi was always overrated and never impressed. Candido actually got publicly criticized by Nagelsmann too, and now linked with Austrian 2nd division.....LOL .Dumping a young CF because hes inconsistent, how do you get consistent if you don't play? And that's what happens when you get a young CF to begin with.........

Cunha is the only attacker from the 4 listed and he's not a new player joined last season. And Schick is only on loan as well.

Haaland is linked with all of Europe who knows where he'll end up. XI and $$$ is likely what will decide where he goes, aka opportunities and money.

wonder if Lookman leaves? LOL, RB Leipzig made a huge fuss on him even drifting towards unprofessional behavior just to get him. They spend like $20+M and he barely plays all season.:ROFLMAO:

You want to know the real issue with RB Leipzig something I said from Summer. Too many 1BL clubs have too many players, aka overstuffed squads (also one good reason why Academy players are getting less chances this season). Why does RB Leipzig need 29 players when 1BL=20 matchday squad and Europe=18 players. That's 9-11 players being barely used....Not surprising that 4 players and potentially a few more want to leave whether loan or permanent.

Schalke flop: Barca wants to cancel Miranda loan and looks to Holland
    https://www.90min.de/posts/6517416-...anda-leihe-abbrechen-und-schielt-nach-holland

speaking of Spaniard 00-Gomez, on loan to Spanish 2nd division for an attacking player.
1 goal and 1 assist in 19 games playing with 8 starts. and 890 min.

those aren't great numbers for someone either Zorc or Watzke called one of the best 00s in the world. Sometimes I find those 2 spread some propaganda and overhype their own players. Gomez didn't even do that well in Germany lower levels either.......

lol, Rebic's move to Italy seems to be a bust and he might return to Frankfurt in Winter. And his ex teammate Jovic is struggling at Real Madrid (dumb move). Joelinton is another flop, Continue to show how so many players who did well in 1BL seem to flop outside of Germany.

Haller in terms of Frankfuirt trio from last season can only score vs bottom of the EPL table teams.........

Hutter is also getting close to getting the axe.

it's too funny seeing Frankfurt getting very close to relegation. They got trashed 4-2 in a comeback loss as they were leading 2-0.....been saying for years they aren't a good team. Sooooooo many games where they barely managed to win and now with their trio of Jovic/Rebic/Haller gone, they getting exposed.

Patrik Schick continues his good form for Leipzig, I can see them committing the purchase option for him.

    nothing + in this.
1-More clubs who think money solves everything and that most transfers aren't busts. Tons of clubs thought money solves things, it doesn't. Quality does.
2-They currently have 34 players in 1st team, they want to axe 10 players? $200M transfers make it more like axe over 10 players from the team, closer to 14+.
3-If a club like Hertha will spend $200M than that is one massive - for youth integration. When a club like that prefer overspending over integration that is nothing good for German football as more and more clubs are spending over giving any chances. It's going to be harder and harder for German youngsters to breakthrough when majority of clubs are $$$ focused. And Hertha has numerous interesting youngsters too.....

Klinsmann was always bad news too. That guy always weasels his way into a job from the backdoor. Joins Hertha as a board member to then be the temp coach.

Completely agree. In Berlin lots of talents especially immigrant. So much potential and totally wasted. I chuckled when I read Klinsmann become the coach.
