Wow what a turn of event for Gladbach. Thuram's goal in the dying seconds gives them the victory and second place in the group. This guy is a beast

I dislike the Frenchies but will admit that Thuram is one of the few performing Frenchies this season from 1BL the rest haven't done much this season.

nothing + about a German club becoming a feeder club to an outside league.

also dangerous precedence, one clubs starts doing it more and more will start doing it as well. Aue being a small club wanted to focus more on young German players they can lure. Now with this type of deal who care about the young players just loan in some Russians to get them more pro experience. Feels like EPL would love to have a "cooperation" deal with German clubs, to dump their youngsters who can't breakthrough and that we dev them for them.

Locadia scores the winner for Hoffenheim over Köln, his 3rd goal in 3 consecutive games.

Hoffenheim have also won 5 in a row now and making a surge for top of the table spots.

After Weghorst and Dost it looks like Locadia could be the next Dutch striker to do well in Buli.

according to that dumbass Kovac it's all the fault of the players.

    Flick as coach
2-0 win in CL and currently leading 4-0 vs Dortmund.

Flick is making himself a contender for more games as interim, wonder if all season?

Cuisance was benched for Bayern II for indiscipline aka was late.

    and now about Sancho.

even 99-Nelson who was on loan from Arsenal last season had professionalism issues which annoyed Nagelsmann and now more and more stories about Sancho are popping up. As for Frenchies like Cuisance tons of stories about their professionalism issues.

soft, dfb suspends Abraham for the rest of 2019 and a 25 000 euro fine. While the German-Italian Grifo who got violent after his coach got tackled has been suspended for 3 matches.

lol, too funny, Barca crying because the feeder club doesn't play their player.

Schalke: Barça dissatisfied with Miranda loan
FC Barcelona have presented the loan from Juan Miranda to Schalke 04 differently. "That must not happen. Neither the player nor the club. It's a pity, I'm sorry that Miranda does not play, "said Patrick Kluivert, youth director of the Catalans, in an interview with the 'Mundo Deportivo'. The Dutchman explains: "We have to make sure that a player plays when he is awarded. Because if they do not, they do not have to go. "

Miranda had been awarded by the Blaugrana to the Royal Blues for two years this summer. In Gelsenkirchen, the left-back is still waiting for his first duty play. Since Barça can terminate the lending business by contract option already this summer, so the Schalke threatens a premature end to the cooperation.

lots of flop loans from outside 1BL clubs in past 2 seasons, which is a good thing tbh.

he said that he wanted to leave the club in Winter so that he can play elsewhere and make himself "attractive" for NT again. Also said that it's an open secret that there was an offer for him in Summer and that it's a win-win for the club.

it's not just his comments, his behaviour is being questioned by the club. He's trying to force a move like that other unprofessional Austrian Hinteregger who forced a move out of Augsburg and into Frankfurt.

Augsburg is pissed because they are currently struggling and this team sport and a player is putting himself over the team. In this type of scenario, the club needs team UNITY. Nothing worse than public statements. I mean Pavard was being a dick to Stuttgart and wanted to leave them in their relegation battle in Winter but all of that was not him saying it publicly.

let's be honest, these players don't care about any of these clubs, they just use clubs as stepping stones and nothing more.

feels sad when 3 players all act unprofessionally towards a struggling club over past few seasons. Also funny that from what I've read over the years, huge chunk of unprofessionalism in Germany is from the foreign players, LOL.

for a country that loves their Frenchies in Germany.
Stuttgart who are high on 01-Coulibaly, seems like according to fans, he's been a flop in II aka OL (5th division). Very ineffective and not playing well. He has 0 goals and 1 assist in 5 games playing like 330 min too. Being outperformed by plenty of others. He can still make up for it sure but not a good start for him for a player who is a 1st team player too......

at this point, all I see from Germany is that the country works on trends nothing more. Oh look Sancho (an elite prospect) is good, next thing you know everyone wants English players even mediocre ones. Dudes, not every English player is Sancho 2.0, LOL. Seems like they are going after players based on nationality and not real skill. On top of being perfectly willing to play feeder club to players with 0 interest in staying in Germany. Ridiculous nonsense. Same for Frenchies, there are like 30 Frenchies in Germany and only a handful are really good, the rest......not really.

Spanish players outside of a very few, Spanish players don't perform that well in Germany.

speaking of Sancho seems like he could be leaving in Summer 2020. And this is why I don't like the Dortmund trend with foreign youngsters. Facts are Dortmund is dev them not to help win trophies but to sell them off for huge huge amounts of money. This is only Sancho's 3rd pro season and he'll turn 20 and could already be gone. Essentially your using incomplete players while you attempt to win 3 competitions and these players never stay long enough. Basically they aren't going to help you win trophies. Outside of a Supercup, Sancho has won nothing at Dortmund as of yet. And then whatever club buys him will have him at stage in his life were he'll be a lot better.

more and more confirmation if it happens that Salzburg is feeder club to Leipzig. No way he's worth $26M.

and then replace an ex Salzburg CB with another Salzburg CB, LOL.

    LMAO.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

From the lead wolf to the bench-presser!

Lewis Baker (24) was loaned by Chealsea in summer as a hope to Dusseldorf. The midfielder convinced in preparation, fought his way directly into the starting eleven. Coach Friedhelm Funkel (65) enthused at that time: "He speaks a lot, conducts. He does that well. "

The other players also raved about Baker. Niko Gießelmann (28) is impressed: "There are not many who radiate such a direct presence."

Three months later, the tide has turned completely - Baker is only bank-tourist! In the last five games, the Englishman sat completely outside, has no chance against the oldie competition Adam Bodzek (34) and Oliver Fink (37).

BILD knows: The Chelsea loan is therefore very angry and does not understand the world anymore. Mega frustration at Baker!

Funkel to BILD: "One disgruntled player one has. I have never experienced a satisfied player sitting on the bench. But the guys live this out in the circle of their teammates as a coach expects. They will not hang. "

The coach assured: "Also Lewis will get his options again. He has offered more in practice during the last two weeks. He did not believe that before! "

Funkel continues: "I have an oversupply in midfield. We have a lot of important players there. "

But already on Saturday in Hoffenheim (15.30 / Sky) Baker's chance could come - because the oldie duo Fink / Bodzek delivered in the last few weeks not just outstanding performance!

lol can't even beat out 2 guys close to the end of their careers. Lewis is a prime example of issues why do you play feeder club to mediocre players instead of integrating your own who you force to play U19 to last possible second or II.

I'm not going to bring up past season Brit players (a lot of mediocrity too) but Lewis, Lookman, Apandu, Oxford are all players who have done nothing all season in 1BL.

even 2BL your Egbo, Philipps, Penney,Osei-Tutu have all been average to mediocre players.

So in the CL Bayern win 6-0 and ensure top spot as expected. Leverkusen get a very important 2-0 win in Moscow, which ensures Europa League minimum and still an outside chance of making CL last 16.

Two big games tomorrow, both Dortmund and Leipzig can secure qualification with victories, although Dortmund winning in Barcelona seems unlikely. Leipzig have a good chance at home v Benfica who they beat away in matchday 1.
