The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) has loaned defender Tristan Blackmon and attacker Josh Pérez to Phoenix Rising FC of the United Soccer League (USL). Per the Right of Recall incorporated in the loan agreements, LAFC retains the right to recall the players at any point during the remainder of the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines. This will be Blackmon’s second loan spell with Phoenix after going the distance in a pair of 4-0 wins for the Rising last month. Blackmon, 21, was recalled by LAFC ahead of the team’s road match against Toronto FC on September 1, in which he played the last three minutes of the 4-2 victory. Pérez, who was acquired by the Black & Gold on August 8 from Serie A side Fiorentina, has yet to feature for the Club this season.
