Good on them though. They are showing they can, something Bosnia should look upon. Croatia don't have anything as of yet, Serbia only a bronze in shooting. Macedonia nothing.

Nedzad fazlija and Kemal Mesic both compete today. Fazlija is in the Men's 50 m rifle prone and Mesic is in the shotput event.

Mekic's opponent ended up going to the semifinals and barely lost for the bronze medal.

Today, Nedzad Fazlija finished 45th out of 50 competitors, at least he is improving. lololol Kemal Mesic finished 11th in his group, real shame he couldn't pull off a 20.50 m or so... And so the disappointment at the 2012 Olympics continue.....

Not Mekic and Mesic. At least they competed at the Olympics considering how hard it is for Bosnian athletes/sports people. They are the Ambassadors of Bosnia, regardless of the result. If you just havea look alot of the other countries have had lots of their athletes finish out side there best results. Sometimes it's hard to perform, especially for Mekic and Mesic being their first Olympics.

Lucia Kimani couldn't even finish the marathon.

Our last shot at a medal is with Nedzad Fazlija, who will compete in the Men's 50 m three positions. Good luck to him, please make us proud of something for once.

I say our Olympic committee forms some kind of camp similar to a German camp for our Olympic athletes (of course we'd gather more) and then basically try to get them to get a medal that way. It's our only hope. :D

Id rather have that money go to our football camps lol screw the Olympics. No one gives a shit about swimming, shooting, and throwing around heavy balls anyways.

Well, it's kind of embarrassing how we've never won a medal. And we sent just six athletes this year to the Olympics....

Something tells me a huge reason for this is due to the political state in Bosnia, but I know.. crazy idea right?

Man, if Yugoslavia was still together, it would be dominating the entire Olympics/World Cup/Euros. Sad.
