They lost some very important pieces. Serie A will be wide open this year.

It makes a few Breaking Bad references, but it's basically saying Man city had to be on drugged by Liverpool and Wolfsburg to pay that much for Sterling and DeBruyne.

The next Mierdrid derby at the Calderón just got a lot more interesting...

edit: BTW, some head-to-head stats suggest the GK swap doesn't really help LPB:

Navas looked pretty agile this weekend on a play he came out at the feet of a Betis player. Had a PK save too although he was way off his line.

Valdes still without a team. It would be fantastic if the keylor deal went sour at the last second and LVG would be forced to play him.

    LMAO.
It seems the De Gea papers didn't arrive in time. They can't register him. No deal as of now.

Let's see how much Floren has to pay for his usual overtime. If he got 5 extra minutes in the UCL final, surely he can get a few extra transfer time.

But Man U could still buy Keylor, since the papers are signed and the EPL deadline is tomorrow. He knows they wanted to get rid of him, it would be amazing if he left now.

Well Casilla isn't that bad if he is going to be their main GK this season , but if he gets injured they are ******

Florentime will come into play. I'm sure. But for now, it's hilarious.

Btw, has it been mentioned that Kiko Casilla is Catalan, born in Alcover, Tarragona. He's made five appearances with the Catalunya national team.
Any idea who the last Catalan to play for LPB was?
I remember a goalkeeper named Jordi 'something' was in LPB's academy a few years ago but I doubt he made any first team appearances with Iker firmly planted, unless he played in the Copa del Rey against a lower division side.
How about outfield players or famous examples of Catalan players representing LPB?

I feel for Florentino though. I know what it feels like. It's like going McDonald's at 11:01 and you can't buy a breakfast McMuffin anymore.

@UtdReport: #mufc registered De Gea on time with FIFA TMS. Real Madrid failed to register with LFP. [@gstobart]

Even in the 21st century LPB continue to show why they are the "Club of the 20th Century".
