For over a decade we've been putting nubmers next to games each week, and it's time to heed the call once more.
Many of you already know the rules, but for those who don't:
It's a race to see who can win the most points by the end of the season.
There are 323 games, and you bet between 1 and 323 on each game, using each bet amount only once. (There are 323 games and 323 bets so it will work out just right. The automatic scorer will adjust your score if you acceidentally reuse a bet amount)
All you really need to know is:
Bet big when you think a team will crush the opponent and low when you have no idea who will win.
For a bet of X you win:
    • 0 points if your team loses
    • X points if your team wins
    • X/2 points if your team draws
    • X/4 bonus points for each extra goal your team wins by
For example if you bet 100 on New York and they win 4-1 you win 150 points. 100 for the win, and 25 for each of the two insurance goals.
If you miss a game, the automatic scorer merely removes your lowest remaining bet amount available and gives you zero points. (It's a very mild penalty at first, but it grows the more games you miss)

    Make bets in the form:
    <number> <winner> <loser>

    eg

    200 NYR DCU

and make them the only text on that line.

you can replace any bet right up until kickoff merely by making a new post in the thread. The autoscorer will take the last appearance of each game as the official bet. (Obviously don't post bets after the game has kicked off)

Have fun! The first week will be up its own thread.

Just bumping this to make sure everyone sees the rules.

I forgot to put a link back to here in the Week 1 thread.

Keep in mind the game is friendly to those who miss only the first week or so.
