Welcome to the BigSoccer Fantasy Premier League!

20 managers will sign up to draft their own squads of 25 players and play out a 38 game league season with the first placed team at the end of the campaign being declared as the winner of the inaugural BigSoccer Premier League.

When 20 managers have signed up to partake in the game, the drafting process, which will be in snake drafting format, will begin and everyone will take part by picking one player at a time per round. Every squad should have 25 players at the end of the draft, so that means the draft will last 25 rounds and will be finished once everyone has all their roster slots filled.

Every currently active player across the globe is eligible, retired or inactive (not including injured ones) players are ineligible.

To make the draft more challenging, I'll add some categories to make it more difficult. Read below to see what they are.

Your first pick can be anyone you want, as long as they aren't picked by someone else before you.

However, your remaining 24 picks have to meet one of the categories below. You may choose the categories in any order that you want, but you can only use each category once and you must choose all of them at some point in the draft.

When you make your pick, you must confirm the category you are using for that pick. Once you have chosen a player and a category, you cannot change it. However, you will be forced to re-pick if your pick does not meet the category you have selected.

    The following categories are:

Category 1 - has been a club teammate of your last pick for 2 or more seasons
Category 2 - is an international teammate of your last pick (played at least 1 game together at senior int'l level, friendlies included)
Category 3 - played for 2 of the clubs that your last pick also played for (doesn't have to be at the same time, but have to have played at least one official game for clubs in question)
Category 4 - has worn the same World Cup squad number as your last pick (any WC edition)
Category 5 - won a domestic league title with your last pick
Category 6 - has won 25 or more international caps than your last pick
Category 7 - has scored a goal in a game that featured your last pick (only senior squad games, club friendlies excluded, int'l friendlies are valid)
Category 8 - was booked in a game that featured your last pick (same as above)
Category 9 - was born in the same year as your last pick
Category 10 - is the same height as your last pick (in centimeters, note: if someone is 180.5 cm tall, you can round up or down to 180 or 181)
Category 11 - has scored 10 or more senior career goals at club level than your last pick
Category 12 - was born in the same country as your last pick
Category 13 - has played alongside your last pick in an official youth game at either club or international level
Category 14 - has made more international tournament appearances than your last pick (qualifiers excluded)
Category 15 - is a current club teammate of your last pick
Category 16 - is a current international teammate of your last pick (have to have been called up together in the country's World Cup squad, if their country didn't qualify, then they have to have been called up together in at least one of their nation's last 5 squad selections)
Category 17 - has played 25 or more Champions League / Europa League games than your last pick
Category 18 - has made 50 or more career league appearances than your last pick
Category 19 - has a different hair color than your last pick (bald counts)
Category 20 - is worth €15M or more than your last pick in accumulated transfer fees (ex. Player A has made two career transfers worth €15M each for a total of €30M, Player B made one transfer for €45M or more to Real Madrid at some point)
Category 21 - won a domestic cup title with your last pick (with both having appeared in the competition in the same season)
Category 22 - has scored more international goals than your last pick
Category 23 - has played in more countries at club level than your last pick
Category 24 - has won more trophies than your last pick (only senior club and all international titles count, youth club trophies do not)

When you are up in the draft to make your pick, you have a deadline of 8 hours to make your pick before the next person in order is allowed to make his pick. If you don't meet your deadline, you may pick anyways but if someone else gets a player you wanted, you don't get to have him because it's not that person's fault that you were late to pick. You'll just have to pick someone else using one of the categories above.

Please PM the person who follows you in the order in advance to remind them to pick in case they forgot or don't check the thread in order to run the draft more smoothly and not keep everyone waiting.

The fixtures will be posted up and the league season will commence around mid August when the major leagues begin in real life, or within 2 weeks of the end of the draft if we're not done by then.

As mentioned earlier in the post, there will be 20 teams who will each play 38 games during the season. Each team will play the others twice each during the campaign. The results of the matches will be decided by the managers themselves who will predict the results of the games not involving their own teams based on their judgment of each team's players, potential, balance, and overall quality around the pitch. A win equals 3 points, a draw 1, and a loss 0 points. Opinions and predictions from non-managers are also welcome, but will not count towards the games/standings or affect them in any form.

If you're interested in playing this game, please state as much in this thread or send me a PM doing so. Have a name for your club ready when you sign up. Once the 20 slots are filled, we will begin the draft.

    Let the show begin!

Make yourself efficient. Find your own position and attach to it whether that is an exact league,
specific teams or specific betting markets such as corner betting, cards or in play. It should be a
niche that conforms to your personality and skill set as a soccer analyst. Understand as much as you
can concern soccer tips http://www.tips.football/ and bets exclusively about betting and worth
betting in particular: values of the significance of betting.
