Well both my picks for the Finals are out!

Very surprised Wisconsin didn't make it through. I didn't see the game however from the comments it sounds like L played the HM spot and was held back out of the attacking plays. If that was the case, then Wisconsin respected Michigan's speed and finishing capabilities enough to keep L back on defence. Is that a coaching issue or a team issue where player depth won't enable the kinds of tactical choices required to beat the other team?

When a game goes to a shoot out, the team which executes on goal the best usually wins.

Lavelle has had a disappointing year. Not sure that she wasn't moved back because she wasn't producing in an attacking role. Statistics improved after Rutgers brace, but for the number of shots and number of minutes played, she can't be happy with this year. No invitation to the NT camps/friendlies is also concerning for her.

I hope she gets to start, or at least have significant playing minutes at the U20 WWC.
This experience for Freigang will only help PSU next season, when they'll be at full strength.

Gophers got the only seed in the B1G, and then were given the only major conference opponent in the first round. The NCAA is hilarious!

So, Michigan and Illinois State are tied, 2-2, in the second overtime. Don't you wish it was streamed?

Big 10 not doing well so far in this tournament.
I had picked both teams to advance to the next round.
    What a let down.

I'd say you're wrong. Big 10 advanced 6 of 8 teams. Acc also advances 6. I'd say that's pretty darn good
