Quinnipiac University soccer is running an auction of jerseys with the proceeds to benefit a scholarship in honor of one of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting. Quinnipiac is about 30 miles from Sandy Hook and has some ties to the school. Rapids jerseys with #26 are included in the auction, along with a variety of international and US jerseys, some signed.
