I really like Helder as a coach, seems to get the most out of the players and also he is not scared to put a full Portuguese starting 11 on the field. Wouldn't mind seeing him as the main coach in the future.
I don't see Helder Costa getting better with another season on the b team hes imo just as good if not better then bebe, olá and candeias.
Guedes had two assists yesterday with Teixeira who although was the best player in pre-season gets relegated to the B side scoring from one. Semedo dived/embellished twice and got a penalty (converted by Rui Fonte, think it is 4 in 4 +-) and then got the guy sent off 9second yellow), also scored from a Guedes through ball. To blame for one of the goals but is a midfielder converted to a right back a bit like Cancelo good in attack, defence needs improvement. More likely than Cancelo in making less mistakes in defence if he continues to play right back IMO. Helder Costa was a mixed bag yesterday, don't think he will ever get a chance and should be looking for a way out of the club. Helder, the coach is ok I guess need to see him more. What are your guys thoughts on Bruno Gaspar and GRod? I think either one of those guys are a better backup for Eliseu then Benito.
