Once upon a time I played against a softball team where the jerseys all said the name 'Kinsey' on the back. They all had numbers from 1-5
Technically there's no real accepted test to determine a Kinsey score. But, Internet to the rescue! http://psymed.info/kinsey-scale-test
Breaking: Basti does not like jeans! He's also got a fairly solid knowledge of the city, so that's cool.
"I like the color red". How shy he says that. Obviously knowing you cant say that on the streets of Munich
They're useful for when I need to actually go out, but I usually stick with a single pair of oversized sweatpants I accidentally got at a Fire locker room sale. Those Fire joggers are also incredible.
I have a friend of a friend in from Germany until the beginning of August and she wants to add a signed Bastian Schweinsteiger Chicago Fire jersey to her collection. What are the best ways to get this done? I suggested sending the jersey with a return mailer to the Chicago Fire public relations office or going to the practice pitch and just waiting until the team is done and heading back to the locker room. Any thoughts/suggestions?
Bastian had a quiet game, but was basically playing like a sweeper for stretches of the match. There is nothing his nuts cannot do. I already demonstrated the statistical (sorry @chrism) difference he has made. However, we see on the field all the things that are not generally reflected on the stat sheet. We are seeing an influence the likes of which we have not witnessed since, perhaps, St. Piotr was on the team. We should lock him up for next year and beyond.
2014 - 36 points 2015 - 30 points 2016 - 31 points 2017 - 28 points with two matches until the halfway point, Bastian missed the first 3 matches. I remember new LA Dodgers free agent Kirk Gibson throwing a fit when Jesse Orosco played a practical joke on him in spring training in 1988, yelling something like "This is why you are all nothing but a bunch of losers!" before storming out of the locker room. The very next day, practice was smooth, clean, focused and professional and this group of underachievers eventually won the last World Series championship for the Dodgers over the heavily favored A's. Bastian didn't blow up on the Fire but I think his presence made every teammate actually WANT to go to practice and improve the moment he signed.
What was up with that? Any info on why he was playing as the sweeper for some stretches? I was at the game and I was...like...WTF..why is he in the sweeper role.
I think because Schweinsteiger recognizes a weakness on the field better than most fans and possibly even the coach....
