He is not completely wrong but sure doesn't right. First, with Almiron we still have good moments here and there, somthing that we didn't have with Lillo. second, our resaults are much better and Almiron already achieved something that Lillo couldn't. Third, the squad is almost the same. the only influential player that Lillo didn't have is Vlacho. Braghieri and Castellani don't realy make the difference and while Almiron has Monetti, Lillo had Armani. I can give Lillo the benefit that he didn't have Delgado but again, not a player who makes the difference. So while both coaches didn't show spectacular football, with Almiron I do feel that there's hope when we'll reinforce the squad with better players.

Actually I think delgado is good.. But injured most of the time.

I do think se are better with Almirón than with Lillo... But we need better players than the food scraps we have now... We are not getting any younger either ...

Mac10 we all knew was on his way down. He can still have some highlight moments but his prime years are a bit behind. But Lenis and Lucumi I'm sort of disappointed by their progress as I thought they were really solid players for LPC. Maybe Almiron isnt the right type of DT built around these players. You either put up lots of money and hire only the best LPC can offer, throw in a DT lile Almiron to run the show OR you clean slate and start to pick form your youth systems and the occasional 'diamond in the rough' with a DT that can develop players for 1-2 years out. Right now it looks like Atl Nacional doesnt know what it wants to do. Didnt JPA have some master plan which is what got Rueda to finally say enough is enough and leave?

Regarding Dayro, why build a team around a player that is 1 moment from leaving to the next best offer (prob Mexico again) and just getting older.

so apparently Banguera made like a 100 saves. Basically as soon as the WC hits, we see the emergence of 2 new GK's, Arboleda and Banguera. Much to crzd's delight

been mentioning all the youth Goalies for a while .....

Tho less on him and more on Equidads and Pastos ones but still happy. Think both Arbolera and Gio are from Pastos youth system

Think This kid is better then Arbolera and much taller. Hope he stays at Huila or goes abroad. I dont want Junior, Santa Fe, Nacional buying him and ruining his career.

Too few people at the stadium weird.

I'm scared about the finals...I hope they are very entertaining!

We are in the final!!! To be honest, we deserve it despite not been able to score a single goal in 180 minutes, but we were much better than Huila in both matches. They almost cost me a heart attack, I was positive that we would lose according to Banguera's form, he was outstanding.

tbf Monetti is a lot younger than Armani, probably appeals to the european market.

    29 v 31 for a GK.....

Also is this dude even the best goalie this season?

I mean last 3-4 season you couldn’t argue Armani being hands above everyone but this one?

    you're right, I thought he was 25.

I think its probably previous interest, from when he was in Argentina. That's what I think anyway

But my issue exactly why I hate euro teams. Seriously was he the best this season? Also was bench last year and in 6 months playing in Colombia having an ok Copa Lib group stage in a easy group and he now worth 5 million?

If he was Colombian and had a shut out every game this season he would have 0 interest.

Monetti is a good goalkeeper although he has the tendency to get complicated sometimes with the ball. I do think that he was the best keeper along with Fariñez this season.

Hopefully that we'll finish our mission today. We don't even have to win. Tolima will hav3to attack which should make our work much easier.
