I would suspend Gutierrez. Lack of responsibility in such an important match.

Only 10 minutes into the game. Alexis is also partly to blame because he did not sacrifice an attacker for the LB/RB and placed Mier there, who looked like a fish out of the water.

He should have put in 3 defenders at that point and bunkerd no way they were going to win with 10 men and 80 minutes left

    Awful game and awful showing....

Has Teo scored yet this season?

Junior should've waited until the end of the season and hired Bodhert.

Now the only person that would take over in this situation is Comesaña.

This situation is embarrassing as a Junior fan.

    Bother is a good coach.......

but dont understand why Junior isnt hiring a competitive south american coach.

Cali, Millos, Santa Fe and Nacional have one. Cali only since this season.......But Millonarios, Nacional and Santa Fe are having one since 3 years ago....

That is why I hate this team Comensana an 8th fking time!!! Why do they keep firing him it seriously feels like he just wants a 6 month to 1 year vacation

I didn’t like that Mendoza wasn’t using Jarlan. But yea junior needs a proven foriegn coach not named Comensana!!!

Junior has to think about winning Liga Aguila before they even think about winning international competitions. Three second place finishes in Liga Aguila in the past five years isn't acceptable.

Junior spends a lot on their players, but penny pinch to find a good coach.:mad:

Because they (the chars) want to control the guy, that is why they don't hire an outsider, or someone competent enough to tell them NO!.

What a clown show up there in quilla.

Off the field, Colombia is usually steps behind Brazil and Argentina regarding futbol structure, organization, implementation, marketing, etc ( Arg + Brazil try to mimic what they do in Europe so it's all within context). With that I hope that there will be a new wave of young Colombian coaches that bring new ideas and make a difference. There has to be a mass shake-up. There is so much talent on the field but is there a lack of ambition and preparation or is it that just political? The same Colombian coaches get recycled over and over. I look at Argentina and they also struggle with their (Mendoza, Comesana) versions but they also have plenty of DTs inside and outside the country that are on the rise. Instead teams like America are still considering guys like Pecoso and plenty of past failures that have proven not too work ( I know they just hired and unproven coaching team).

Mendoza can't be so mediocre in thinking and application. I watched that match vs Boca and there was zero ambition from Junior. For him to make statements being proud of a loss deserves his post being given to someone who wants more from his team.

My thing is argie teams give their retired players the club what seems like instantly

They retire and boom they are the coach

What players were given that chance Yepes and Gio Hernandez they didn’t do well and that it

It's very common in sport teams when the owners want to coach but they can't so they hired l puppets to coach through them. I blame the coaches. If you don't have the balls to stand on your own, you will always be mediocre. It's Alexis's fault who returned to Char.

Haha to think he was was linked to Nacional a while back haha. He will go the way of the old Equidad coach haha

Junior kills careers of coaches and players. It’s the Saudi Arabia of the Colombian league

????? you can be so stupid

this affirmation is nonsense and further removed from reality.

your lack of seriousness is horrible for this forum.

the fact that you think that alexis garcia was a good coach even in equidad.....talk to much about your lack of football knowledge or at least showed that you never have watched a match of colombian league......that guy in santa fe was pathetic

Alexis have been in junior 3 tines...only one was good.

    In ecuador he failed,

    in relation to the players:

Chara was lost ik mexico before he arrived to junior when he became a nationao team player ...dont know how his career is killed

Teo the last two spells in junior have meant his return to the NT

Edwin Cardona first team where he became an important player for a team was junior.

Cantillo became a nt player in less than ayear there..he was in pasto before.

    your phrases are so nosense.

Yes you are correct, when he was 17, but his bad attitude took him out from the team.
