Reports are that Keita is available for Saturday. Tw@tter is awash with conspiracists claiming he got off injured because he was playing poorly!

That's dumb of the twitter morons.

I do hope he is ready - just because we know what he brings when he is playing on song.

That's said he isn't starting Saturday - we know exactly what the team is:

    Allison
    AA Lovren VVD Robertson
    Gini Fab Hand
    Salah Firmino Mane

Fab should not be risked a yellow card and he is out of the city game

Others are suggesting that you only worry about your next game, even with a big one on the horizon. That being said, I agree that we need to be careful.

For this week at least, make Villa wish they were back in the Championship.

Others are wrong in this case - we should be better than Villa without needing him. Go with Hendo, Gini and Ox/Keita

Lallana gets the shock start with Fabinho being held out.

#LFC starting XI v #AVFC: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Lallana, Wijnaldum, Henderson, Mane, Salah, Firmino

Subs: Adrian, Gomez, Milner, Fabinho, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Origi

I hope that Gini plays in the Fabinho role and Lallana further forward.

They're going to attack with speed. Not one of lallana's assets

Sensible decision re Fabinho , I think. Too risky .Rather play without him v Villa than v City .

I would rather see the Oxe in the starting lineup.

Ox just started a game midweek. He's in no shape to start another game. Bring them at 60

Fabinho instead of Lallana I think. I can’t see Lallana playing 3 games in one week.

How do we know that they stopped it at the exact moment the ball was played?

If Mané doesn't kick his legs out ridiculously he might get a penalty there. His foot was definitely stepped on In the box.

The performance has been poor and they need to get their s*** together in the second half.
