Maldives are also deciding on whether to send an XI team or their under-23s in preparation for the South Asian Games.

China FA rejected the friendly invitation from Germany on 4 June 2016. Some people think that it may be due to political reasons, as it was an allergic day of Tiananmen Square Protests in 1989.

80,000 people turned up to see Palestine vs. Algeria. Great result for Palestine who had plenty of chances to score against a side that qualified for the Rio Olympics. 7/11 starters and 5/6 subs were 24 years old or younger:

(Battat, Jaber, Abu Nahyeh, Sameh Mar'aba, Mohammed Mar'aba, Tamer Seyam, Mohammed Darwish, Yameen, Salbees, Cantillana, Abu Warda, Mahameid)

Everyone seems to think that UAE has qualification in the bag but if Palestine plays like this (and they'll have Ashraf Nu'man, Alexis Norambuena, Haitham Dheeb, and Jaka Ihebeisheh/Mohammed Eid) they stand a good chance of winning in Abu Dhabi.

    Highlights of Palestine vs. Algeria:
