Horrific first touch by Jozy leads to a chance for West Ham...

Jozy should have scored, was in on goal and went across Jussi, who got a hand on it to push it out for a corner.

That was horrible play from Jozy. One of the few times he's been in on goal and he completely whiffs. That shot was no where near on target. Horrible.

Are you talking about the one Jussi saved and pushed away for a corner?

Jozy should have done better with that but I don't think you can say it was nowhere near on target.

Yup he missed but he should use that as motivation throughout the match...can't get down on himself.

If we're talking about the chance where he was 1v1, Jussi did not have to touch that ball. Weak, on the ground, and going right out of bounds. More so a pass than even a shot.

you guys are nuts-that was a good shot, right for the corner and the keeper pushed it around the post. Are you watching ing or just listening to the announcer shitting on all the players?

So if we're comparing this game to the last one, I'm really thinking Jozy and Sunderland are better off when Jozy plays slightly behind Fletcher and has orders to chase the ball deeper. Because this sucks.

    Lmfao. Alright dude.

WHU taking it to Sunderland atm, they've been mostly dominating possession in the Sunderland half.

I've heard the argument that Poyet wants to play more conservatively on the road, but jeeez louise. This is a loss just waiting to happen.

Jozy left high and dry by Borini on a goal scoring opportunity. Jozy blocked a FK and they raced toward the goal 2 on 2. Borini takes the shot instead of playing it to Jozy for a tap in. He was NOT happy.

Borini looks so dejected after passing Jozy up lol.

Sort of a humorous sequence just then. West Ham taking a free kick in their own half. West Ham is complaining that Jozy is too close to the free kick taker. The referee disagrees and tells him to get on with it, and the commentator says he should just get on with it too because "it won't make a difference." The West Ham player takes the free kick, it ricochets right off Altidore and sends Borini through on goal. His shot is ultimately saved.

Did he say "wild cross to the edge of the box" or "vile cross to the edge of the box"? Either one is an apt description.

He started it at the post, but it was curling away. I don't think it would have been on target.

Bardsley with a terrific attempt on goal, but it goes off the bar.

Hard to say who's more annoying protesting to the ref - West Ham players or their fans.

Ki with a decent run and cross into the box, but it unfortunately misses Jozy and Borini.
