Moros traded back to FCKC: NEWS: FC Kansas City acquires defender @BeccaMoros from the @HoustonDash. Welcome back Becca! Read: https://t.co/FarmIP2lvW pic.twitter.com/DwO6TqTJSm— FC Kansas City (@FCKansasCity) March 10, 2017
So, last November KC traded Moros plus an INT spot to WNY for Brittney Taylor. Dash then traded the #13 pick in 2017 (Toni Payne, Duke, Ajax) to WNY for Moros who apparently didn't want to report to WNY. Dash have now traded Moros back to KC for a third round pick somewhere between 21 and 36 in 2018. Have the Dash ever gone to the market and not returned with a bag of magic beans?
Yes it is the classic answer player gives if they are not 100% committed to stay, but not leaving in the next few days.
Tyler Lussi didn't pop up on the Thorns rooster. She is currently a member of the U-23 team, and it's possible she could have a national team career ahead of her. She's got a little bit of Tiff Milbrett in her game (with a touch of Kim Little). Even a slight strand of Tarpley DNA. Lussi could be an interesting outside back candidate for the USWNT, in the mold of a young Kelley O'Hara type. She is reminiscent of a thinner version of Alex Greenwood (form England), but not as physical. Everything else, she has just as much potential as Greenwood. As you can tell, she is quite versatile. It was well worth the draft pick.
Rumored earlier and now apparently getting confirmed by Japanese sources: Yuri Kawamura to join the Courage

Thank you. I had been thinking that I saw her name in a lineup last week, but apparently I must have seen it somewhere else.
Just for an update: what we know (or don't) about the potential "Marta to Orlando" rumor: https://www.womenssoccerweekly.com/marta-to-join-orlando-pride
From the article: So that means there's 2 hours left to get it done or they'll have to wait until July 15th.
Transfer windows are usually for players in. A player can transfer out as long as the transfer window is open on the receiving end. The NWSL window should still be open.
Transfer windows are inbound only. The Swedish team would only have two hours to find an unsigned replacement.
Even if a transfer deal is made by a certain deadline, isn't it still possible that paperwork might still need completion before it can be officially announced?
In most cases, the transfer paperwork needs to be submitted to the FA by the actual deadline (you hear about all the fax machines that seem to only be needed on Deadline Day in England). So the deal has to be finalized by the deadline. The ITC (and work visa) can follow, but the actual transfer has to be completed by the deadline. Certainly, announcing the deal is a different story.
NEWS | Orlando Pride waives forward Sarah Hagen.Details | https://t.co/Q1AZYZqgXB pic.twitter.com/EtnA7zLyQy— Orlando Pride (@ORLPride) April 6, 2017
At the same time Grant Wahl is reporting that Orlando is close to signing Marta for free on a two year contract.
I just can't believe they weren't able to find some team willing to trade a draft pick or an international slot for a year or at least something for Hagen. I guess she could be wanting to go back to Europe or something, though.
