Just got a new 27" Sony Vega flat-screen tube television. Wow. So much better than my old POS 19" Sharp that had the shell broken... twice. And a remote that disappeared in a move a few years ago, and thus prevented contrast adjustments. I'm in heaven! Everything is so sharp and clean! Widescreen mode is awesome for DVDs. And just in time for today's USA game! maybe I'll actually be able to read jersey numbers on the wide shots!
