I still think its BS Juve collects so much membership fees each year, literally for nothing, all they give u is 10% off merchandise and ability to buy tickets. Least they coulda done was let actual paid members have priority over some merchandise sharks online who will just profit off them. They also could have encouraged more people to get these memberships seeing how beneficial they are. But now if anything they turned off a lot of people from continuing their memberships, cuz it doesnt really come with much, its more for supporting your club. Although it was a great move for this collab, i just think they left a lot of money on the table and pissed off many paid members.
The collaboration was about one thing and one thing only, increasing Juve's brand outside of football. I've seen articles about the Palace line on Highsnobiety, HYPEBEAST, SLAMXHYPE and more, it's still got people talking about it. The same way the PSG and BAPE collaboration did. It opened Juve up to a brand new market for them, one that I fully believe we'll see them enter into again with another brand.
Yup, but I'm sharing the wealth, one is a Christmas gift for my sister and the other one is for my son for Christmas as well.
She's a Juventina, been to a couple games. She's been collecting Juve jerseys since she was in middle school. She probably has 20 or so, most of them Del Piero's.
The brand that uses and ape as a logo who's line is geared towards street wear and who's Japanese founder was heavily influenced by hop hop.
Yes, BAPE. It's a clear ripoff of the gorilla's from the original Planet of the Apes films, he even confirmed that's where he got it from.
I don't believe the logo is racist and I'm not stirring anything. It's ape logo who's creator is heavily influenced by hop hop culture which is predominantly African American. People have made claims about how the depiction of apes are viewed as racist. I'm asking a question that pertains to the same logic but aimed at a brand that depicts an ape as its logo for clothes sold to people of predominantly African American culture.

I'm passing on that one... I guess if you're Arab it would be cool to have a name in arabic, but other than that there's really nothing special about it. Not to mention it's still the half/half jersey. I want stripes.
