On the other hand, leaked adidas kits are looking classy with a modernized retro vibe to them. On the bright side, JNT's kits look god awful and there's no way in hell ours will look worse than theirs.
1. Portugal is Tier 1 and we haven't gotten Tier 1 kits in past cycles so why would they give it to us now? 2. Is that collar button printed on? That's some real headassery right there.
If by tier 1 meaning the actual Nike lineup, then the only time our kit wasn't a part of the lineup is the current kit(s) we are wearing, which is most likely due to sponsorship/design issues, but since it's the WC, our kits will be a part of the new Nike lineup. Also, the button area is stitched and bonded, but so far Portugal's Home kit is the only one with the collar button, whilst Brazil's Home kit doesn't have one, the chances of us having a collar button is 50-50.
We've always been part of Tier 1 (unique design every WC cycle), but it's always one of the last kits to be revealed or leaked.
Again, every Nike kit we've had was Tier 1(Cool Motion, Seamless Zero Distraction, Dri-Fit etc.), except for the current ones which wasn't a part of the AeroSwift lineup.
Aren't all WC qualifying teams tier 1? I thought teams like Malaysia and India were the ones that got lower tier kits?
Being given a plain template doesn't necessarily mean lower tier, it's the kit design lineup that defines whether a team's kit is of higher tier or not, for example: Cool Motion, Seamless Zero Distraction, Dri-Fit, AeroSwift, if a specific team's kit wasn't/isn't a part of any of those lineup then it's not tier 1 (We weren't a part of the AeroSwift lineup, therefore our current kits aren't tier 1).
I don't mind them being lazy. The bespoke patterns are annoying. The prior WC cycle shirts still annoy me now.
In addition to the material or materials, I thought only T1 were given an unique design by the head of design. Or at least that's what I remember reading back in 2014.
i've never seen a pic of Hwang Sun-hong looking baby faced like that. everything i've seen, or from watching him play in his 20's, he already had the ahjussi look.
Should be coming out in time for our friendlies against Northern Ireland and Poland. Only Nike kits that have been revealed so far are England and Nigeria.
i didn't like this one at first but with some tweaks, it would've been a creative take on the korean flag's red-blue circle
I actually have hope for the new KNT jerseys. That probably means they're going to be awful but that's fine. As long as we have blue pants, they can do whatever the ******** they want with the shirt.
Still wish we had red shirt and black pants... Depending on how the shirt will look I might actually buy one for the first time.
