Amazing match. USA vs Ecuador was a battle of heavyweights. These kids are amazing (both squads), and I’m so happy to be able to watch them play. I don’t see any weaknesses in Ecuador, even the subs played great. Seriously, this is the most complete team ever for Ecuador.
Speaking of Copa America, these boys should be in their prime for the Copa America in Ecuador. One can hope they can continue growing as players.

The midfield is missing. Gruezo can’t cover the mid by himself. Intriago is playing bad, I thought he would be good (since I follow Liga), but he is horrible.
I personally HATE the way Bolillo is coaching this team. I HATE watching this team play. It’s freaking boring. What a waste of time for these players. I feel bad for them, they deserve a better coach. I think Ecuador NT does have good players to win like the U20, but they need a way better coach.
Intriago’s fault for another stupid goal. Get his ass out of there, he doesn’t deserve to be playing for the NT. Stay in Ecuadorian league.

It’s the midfield. They all suck. Intriago was horrible, Gruezo has been terrible since forever (not sure why people here like him), and the no-names that came in didn’t do anything better. These players can’t string passes together even if their lives depended on it.
Ever since Bolillo placed Enner on DM removing him from left defense, that "Chaca" guy came in all on his own too often.

Velazco, Mina, Arboleda and Beder should be our defense and that should not be tampered with, might be the only "decent" part of our team. Midfield is starting to worry me, Mendez was completely awful, now that Orejuela might be injured this is very worrying, Intriago is light years away from National Team level. Gaibor, Cazares or Sornoza should be in this team. I never been a fan of Mena but he was pretty good Today, Ayrton was trash Today goal or not, our DM and LW are our biggest problems.
He got loose when Beder switched to DM. Ramirez seemed a bit lost. Also Ayrton stopped helping the defense on second half.
