I am a huge fan of German soccer and the German national team however this guy is my least favorite national team player ever
That's funny. I dislike the German national team, but he's probably my favorite German player of the past 20 years.
that is funny. back in the day all I could see on TV was German soccer on PBS. thats how I became a fan
Happy for him. After all the happy talk from Vermes at the time of the Rowe-Castillo trade, he never caught on. Hope it works out for him at RSL.
Hey all, long time no type. Just stepping in real quick because someone reported Monty for the Ale Badoya post, and because it's one moderator acting on a report about another moderator, want to handle everything in plain sight. The report was rejected. Because really. there was no complaint in there other then "I think they should shut up and play because my feelings are hurt." Don't like it? Take it up with the supermods, but don't expect any warmer a reactioon then they got from me (no, I'm not going to name names or anything on who reported it)
Welcome back. And that's freakin' awesome. Reported for saying Bedoya may have become one of my favorite players in the league.
Suspended, then fired... Real Salt Lake terminate contract of head coach Mike Petke August 11, 2019, 10:26PM EDT Benjamin Baer
And then there is this would-be game-winner from Zardes: MISS: Gyasi Zardes produces an epic late miss
I remember reading an article in June, when Leonardo came back to PSG, that they intended to extend him by a year. I suppose Miami can offer him more years but doubt they can beat a Qatari offer on salary. He is a very popular player over there (he got cheers on Sunday while Neymar got much more than jeers even though not even in attendance) and still pretty effective. With the Neymar situation I’d think they’d consider twice before letting such a popular player go. Seems like a ploy to negotiate with PSG to me.
LAFC gets a youngster that had been expected to sign with Barca B. .@LAFC expected to formally announce soon the TAM signing of 20-year Ecuadoran defender Diego Palacios, who had also drawn the interest of Barca B. Palacios played in 27 games for Willem II of the Dutch Eredivisie last season and appeared in 7 games at the 2019 U-20 World Cup.— Kevin Baxter 🇺🇦🏳️🌈 (@kbaxter11) August 12, 2019
So, maybe it wasn't a foul on the moon? Houston Dynamo part ways with head coach Wilmer Cabrera August 13, 2019, 7:35PM EDT Tom Bogert
Wow, amazing to see all the comments referring to some other team's owner as the cheapest in the league! I always liked Davey Arnaud and hope he does well (but not too well), but I'll always remember him for his horrific tackle that totally wrecked Saer Sene. He and MLS still maintain it was clean, but the result clearly showed how dangerous it really was.
Argh, this is one of those moments that really really got to me... https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/revs-montreal-p-i-p-still-not-a-must-win.1995157/page-4 Here in the thread is about where the fun begins... In which I go all Lawyer-Referee: rkupp was not a fan of the tackle either -
Major League Soccer awards expansion team to St. Louis August 20, 2019, 12:50PM EDT Tom Bogert The 28th club will begin play in 2022, one year after Austin.
Kind of crazy to think that when we hit 20 years after 2002, when the league had contracted down to 10 teams and the future was uncertain, the league will have nearly tripled in size.
