They swapped Rakatic caliber players for them? What your saying is Bernadeschi is worthless, must be cause he's Italian .
Yup, cause he's Italian. You got me there. Or, and get this, you can go back to when Juve first signed him and look at my thoughts. I said we massively overpaid for him, I hoped he'd live up to the price tag, but it's apparent he didn't. I hate Italians so much I want Juve to sign Tonali and Zaniolo just so I can trash them. I hate Italians so much it must be why I was so upset that Juve traded Caldera to Milan for Bonucci. Also, must be why I was disappointed we got rid of Kean, who I thought could have improved more at Juve.
Well you were wrong about all of them or almost . Although I agree that they would all develop better under a better system in Italy. I think Bernadeschi can be a great player. He had several decent years. Yet I fail to see how this has anything to do with the discussion. It's incredible that you related Andersson, Hleb and Geovanni to the discussion.
I still think Caldara can develop into something, I blame the stunt to his growth to his injury and being at Milan. Going back to Atalanta is a good move for him. I also think Kean could develop well back in Italy, he's still young enough and the move to the EPL has been a flop for him. I've written off Bernardechi, I don't see him ever being a great player at Juve. You said... I pointed out a few worthless players Barca actually signed, and there are more. So it's in direct relation to your question. Not sure why it's incredible that I related them to your question.
Bernardeschi isn't a worthless player. He is simply an above-average talent and hasn't panned out the way we had hoped. He hasn't looked great under either manager he has had and is having his worst season since his move here. I don't understand what the fuss is over this player. I can understand the reservations about taking on a player of Rakitic's age but Bernardeschi should hardly be the stumbling block.
Di Marzio claims that Marko Pjaca is close to joining Cagliari with talks being at an advanced stage.
Romeo Agresti and others are now saying that Pjaca to Cagliari is merely a formality at this point. It will be a loan deal.
DiMarzio is claiming that there's some truth to the Rakitic-Bernardeschi swap. He states that Juve wants Rakitic and money.
Gazzetta reports Rakitic ain't going nowhere. We'll see how this plays out. If we were to get Rakitic this January, wouldn't he be cup tied for CL?
Why cant we just sell a player without taking another? We dont need another 33+ yr old...no matter how good Rakitic is. Unless it means we get rid of Matuidi Khedira and get another top midfielder. Hopefully Emre Can be on his way out too

Word is the deal for Pjaca to Cagliari is done, loan with obligation to buy. There are also a lot of reports that Borussia Dortmund has made contact with Juve for Emre Can, who wants to leave, he's even willing to take a pay cut to make the move this January. Yesterday it was reported that Barca offered Rakitic and €10 million for Bernardeschi, but Juve want double the amount.
If we are selling Berna, we should be buying a FB not another 30+ year old MF. They should sell him to Atalanta for Gosens, their young FB. That would be a good deal all around. We would get the FB we need, Berna would get out of dodge where he is not going to fulfill his potential under Sarri, and Atalanta would be better able to make use of Berna's abilities better than we can and Gasp will turn him into what ever he is going to become.
Getting Chiellini back solves that and allows Cuardado to move back to his natural position. The wait is almost over TM
How? Who is going to play FB? None of our CBs can play there. And Sarri is not going to go 3 in the back.
