The common Brazilian greeting is actually spelled "Oi" but I credit you with that generous welcome of old Bob!

Speculation? Antoine Griezmann is back dropping more hints at an eventual move to MLShttps://t.co/rIeDKpi28g— Sports Illustrated (@SInow) August 16, 2018
Unless you live in certain markets (New York, Los Angeles, several other usual suspects plus probably in this case Montreal), it's hard to get excited about these types of articles anymore, since, even if he does come to MLS, he sure as heck ain't coming to your team...or in this case, my team.
No different than anywhere else really. If he was saying he wanted to play in the EPL it isn't like fans in Brighton or Huddersfield are thinking they are going to sign him. And, honestly, as the league attracts more of these types of players it is more likely that you would see them outside the major markets here than you would in a place like the EPL.
I yearn for the day when Christianoleo Worldfootballmegastar holds a press conference and states he wants to join MLS and sign with Sporting Kansas City. Or Minnesota United.
DC got Rooney - maybe Griezmann when he is 35? Though i do live a short light rail hop from LAFC stadium and have season seats I wouldn't object if my son's second favorite player outside of MLS comes to LAFC. As long as it isn't the Galaxy because fcuk that team. #rivalryweek James
He has openly said he wants to play in LA and it seems that he would really like to play for LAFC. His postgame interview following his teams win in the SuperCup involved him telling Carlos Vela to wait for him. I just don't know how MLS could afford him until his contract is nearly out and it ends in 2023. Carlos Vela might not be here until then.
FC Dallas just signed Colombian WC veteran midfielder Abel Aguilar. He's getting up there in age but may be a difference maker the rest of this year. https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2018...lombian-international-midfielder-abel-aguilar
Don’t feel too bad, my team’s ownership couldn’t even afford a player like him even after he retires.
So is that worse, or better, than my teams's ownership [which can very well afford a player like him but celebrates eking out money from the Revs so that the Brady Bunch have a really spiffy locker room...] ?
Where's your MLS Can-Do! spirit? Remember Heaps trying to coach Jones? Yallop trying to coach Beckham? Backe trying to coach Henry? Olsen try to coach Rooney? Heath trying to coach Kaka?........................... hmmmmmmmmmmmm................... I see your point
