This hold up and overlap thing never really happens with the mids we have. Certainly never up the middle anyway. If I was going to play CJ I would put someone else up top with him to put pressure on the middle of the d instead of always to the outside.

As far as Burke he doesn't seem confused or hesitant about why he is out there and it ain't to tiky taky with the fullbacks.

Literally just was checking to see if there was any news on this. I liked how Tommy was like “Oh, looks like he gave himself a dead leg.” No, Tommy, this isn’t elementary school. He has a knee injury.

Elliott is a good CB. It’s just a shitty spot to have to come on when everyone else is warm and the game has opened up. Marquez is a good backup too. If we get down to Yaro we’re in trouble.

Yaro is still out with a concussion and likely will not be back anytime soon.

I would wager he never plays another game for the Union.

Was surprised to see Sugarman in attendance up at the owner's box on a weeknight game. Maybe he was there to give Stewart a proper goodbye?

I usually to need more than one when they lose, but that started to become a problem for awhile there...

The highlighted part made me think of Arjen Robben. He has one way to score a goal. Everyone knows it. Defenders know it. Yet he just keeps scoring goals. So, it can be done. Then again, in his prime Robben was one of the ten best players in the world.
