I got the schedule of next round for first pot teams Iran and Australia. I do not know the schedule for the teams of other pots yet.

Here is the schedule for Iran in next round and Australians can understand their schedule in next round now:

    Iran vs Qatar or Iraq
    China or UAE vs Iran
Saudi Arabia or Uzbekistan vs Iran
    Iran vs Korea or Japan
    Syria or Thailand vs Iran
    Qatar or Iraq vs Iran
    Iran vs UAE or China
Iran vs Saudi Arabia or Uzbekistan
    Korea or Japan vs Iran
    Iran vs Syria or Thailand

I put the host team first and the guest team second.

Does that mean that Australia would play away first?

Iraq FA announced that UAE will be the first choice for Iraq's home games, unless we get drawn with them. Qatar is second choice.

So, based on the notes above the schedule should be:
    MD01+06 [01.09.16 - 23.03.17 reversed] 1v5, 2v4, [3v6]
    MD02+07 [06.09.16 - 28.03.17 reversed] 4v1, 6v2, [5v3]
    MD03+08 [06.10.16 - 08+13.06.17 reversed*] 3v1, 2v5, [4v6]
    MD04+09 [11.10.16 - 31.08.17 reversed] 1v2, [3v4], [5v6]
    MD05+10 [15.11.16 - 05.09.17 reversed] 6v1, 2v3, [4v5]

Notes - the matchups in brackets (eg [3v6]) could be either order, although I think the first two are probably right)
I think Australia (as Asian Champions) will play away against Saudi Arbia or Uzbekistan on 08.06.17 before heading off to the Confederations Cup and all the other games will be on the 13th.

Good news. No hard feeling, but now our NT can have a decent pitch to practice other than Azadi. Iraq national team used to pay 370 million rial (10.5k $) cash for each session in Pas Stadium while the price was 50 million (1390$) for Iranian NT but it was given to Iraqi NT. Takhti Stadium was also under contract with Afghanistan NT. Our NT's camp was under construction so our team was practicing in Azadi all the times. Now, they have a good pitch to practice close to Azadi with less hassle.

Correct order without brackets. Confirmed from another Japanese sports news.

While it was an educated guess for MD1+2 the fact that the rest if correct is just a complete fluke.

There is also a video that confirms the match day lists (apart from the Australia 8 June 2017 point). It also notes that the 3rd placed team from Group A will host the first leg of the play-offs in October 2017. the video itself is, umm, "thorough".
