I wouldn't bet money on them to come away with a win here, but I don't think it's as bad as everyone is saying. - They actually had a significantly higher xG than NYC on Sunday. - As has been noted, they do tend to bounce back from shit like Sunday, and they'll be doing it with those shitty, ridiculous field dimensions fresh in memory. - They gave up a shitty set piece goal, an OG, and missed a PK on Sunday. Not going to happen twice. - I doubt NYCFC learned something new in that game, but the Union hopefully learned what not to do and have made adjustments. If I were NYC, I'd much rather face DC or Columbus than have this exact rematch three days later. I mean, whatever, they'll probably lose, but also there's reasons they might not.
I have had a terrible day. It started with me dropping my phone and breaking the screen. It ended with an ultimatum from a key client. Nothing in between was any better. So, I expect the Union to pile on and dash any hope for a better tommorrow that I could possibly have. Come on the U!!!!!
1057756197321760768 is not a valid tweet id Jim goes a little more defensive. Assuming it looks like this: Burke Picault | Dockal | Bedoya Medunjanin | Creavalle Gaddis | Trusty | McKenzie | Rosenberry Blake
Deja Vu. It must be a great feeling to be another team going into a huge game and seeing the Union on the schedule.
Don't really think anyone has done enough to feel happy about their first half performance. We also look like a team with very few ideas about how to score a goal.
Bedoya and Picault look like the only ones who came to play. The Creavalle game plan hasn't worked. I was ready to see Illsino come in after the second goal.
