I'm worried that KHB will revert back to using Lee SeungMo in the next match citing fitness as his justification.
Kim Jinya needs to play more efficiently and conserve his energy. I don't want to see him making these long sprints forward and then just stop and pass the ball back into midfield. He's played too many minutes, and we need him in decent shape for the next match.
That would be horrifying, and it actually could happen. If Japan go through, KHB might want to play LSM against them for his technical skills. Let's just pray that the guy who holds a doctorate in soccer isn't that stupid. We should have lost the game against the Uzbeks, and LSM almost did all of that singlehandedly. It's not something that can be chalked up to having a bad game. LSM has fundamental problems with his defensive effort and intelligence and can't be trusted as a midfielder, let alone a CDM.
LSW is providing all of the playmaking this team needs, as well as plenty of movement and defense. Such a big fan of the kid. He will be tough to stop once he gains some strength.
