Lost 0-3. Failed to score as usual. Bruce has been saying he must take his chances. Its nearing the end I feel.

He should move back to Bundesliga. There suit him better imo.

Got the chance again in the FA cup, 1-1 against Rochdale. Played 53 minutes. Guessed right no goal.

I’m feeling kind of sorry for him. It’s easy to say take your chances but when you are not playing for weeks and then occasionally getting five minutes here and there it’s difficult to make an impact. Fair enough he got more time today but still, it’s a cup game with a vastly different team from the usual.

@ScottishGamba true but Newcastle fielded a strong 11 missing 2-3 first team players thats it. Also perfect opportunity to take your chance against a third tier English team. So no real excuses unfortunately

Muto came off because he was injured. Steve Bruce seemed to be pretty concerned afterward.

Money isn’t everything. I’m talking about his career progression

Yea that’s fair but my point was that it’s difficult to come in out of nowhere and be thrown in. Players, especially when struggling, need some form of stability and consistency. He needs to take his chances but I’m just saying things are never as easy and as black and white as stats make them seem

Should have forced a move. These are the prime years of his career. Can’t afford to waste them.

He can’t move anywhere while he is injured.

Bench last games but no minutes. Can't see him stay next season. And I thought this move would be a good thing. How wrong I was.

He playrd few minutes in the match against Manchester City last week. He played on the left side of the midfield. He only involved in 2 or 3 plays, but he shows in one of these occasion how he can hold the ball and contribute to the team amidst pressure from the opponents.

Let's hope he will move to another league and play for a decent club.

Even Belgium or Netherlands would work to restart.

He returned to Newcastle's training 2 days ago.

Newcastle might not let him or Joelinton leave until they secure the sigining of Callum Wilson.

Muto is set to return to Germany. Mainz, Köln, Augsburg, and Arminia Bielefeld are reportedly interested.

If the German clubs are unable to meet Newcastle's transfer fee demands, it will be a 1-year loan.

Muto will join Eibar on a 1-season loan deal without an option to buy:

    LaLiga is the new Bundeliga?
Imo it's the best European League for japanese footballers, defenders apart (that's Serie A of course).
The next match is Kubo's Villareal Vs Muto's Eibar =D
