    I'm sure few of you really care about it, but since it's coming up, it's still worth mentioning.

    So, who will win it all this time around? The DR? Japan? Cuba? How quickly (or not) will the US be eliminated from the tournament?

    Hoping that Israel does well. Here's Cody Decker and the team mascot, the Mensch on the Bench...

    Israel 2, host South Korea 1, in ten, to go to the top f the table.

    Puerto Rico looked really, REALLY good last night.

    The three Shortstops they have on the infield are all fantastic.

    The US epically chokes against the Dominicans. I wonder what the US's excuse will be this time when they're eliminated tomorrow.

    The ESPN commentator Pedro Gomez was saying the US was rattled by the huge crowd at the stadium.

    Seriously, that's the excuse? WELCOME TO INTERNATIONAL SPORTS, USA BASEBALL!

    :mad::mad::mad:

    The excuses being made are just incredible.

    The above being said, the US still does have a good shot at being Canada, though.

    Well to be fair most of these young kids are not used to this type of playoff atmosphere. Especially in March.

    Miller was used to it late last year obviously but he was over worked in my opinion and it is coming back to haunt him.

    Any opinions on the 11th inning rule used in the Japan-Netherlands game?
