If he's healed up, it makes sense--at the right price. He did, after all, stay here throughout his recovery. Don't know if he can regain his form, but we shall see.
Can you give him 250k with incentives (games played/started say 25)that would pay him the 600k he was making previously which would be a 350k bonus ?
I think, but am not sure, that it counts vs the cap as if the player is assumed to earn all of those bonuses.
