Perhaps of relevance to predictions, for the season so far: Home Team Wins: 16 Home Team Ties: 8 Home Team Losses: 6
Been traveling and forgot there was a midweek game... HOU 0 - 3 SEA CHI 1 - 1 NC NJ 2 - 1 ORL KC 0 - 1 WAS POR 2 - 3 BOS
Well, you guess you would have predicted that game right? If you think you wouldn't have, then you basically lost nothing. But if you have the feeling that you had in mind that exact score... well, in this case, it sucks.
STT himself forgot to post his predictions??? Meanwhile, I guess it's safe to say that, with such a week, I've lost the lead right away! Basically anyone but me predicted NJ-ORL right and Lunatica/Blaze20 should have made something in the range of 4-5 points more than me...
SiberianThunderT didn't post his predictions this week and didn't post results or schedule for next week yet. Enough for mildly worrying?
I thought I posted this earlier, but in any event here it is, my apologies if I posted it somewhere else. It covers games through this past weekend:
Based on the preceding post, among other things Seattle's and Kansas City's ranks may be too high. And, Orlando's may be too low (due to home/away schedule).
Hi all! Sorry I was MIA - nothing wrong, just the Memorial Day long weekend getting the better of my time. =-) I have lots of stuff to catch up on elsewhere, so updating the scores here is only mid-priority for me at the moment - will do sometime in the next day or so.
In the interest of letting people make their predictions, I'll score both week 7 and week 8 together after this weekend. On to week 8 predictions! NC v KC, June3, 3:30pm WAS v HOU, June3, 7pm NJ v POR, June3, 7pm ORL v BOS, June3, 7:30pm CHI v SEA, June4, 3pm
NC 2 KC 0 WAS 1 HOU 3 NJ 1 POR 1 ORL 2 BOS 1 CHI 1 SEA 2 Was tempted to predict a draw between Chicago and Seattle, but in the end I prefer being happy for my team winning than being happy for a correct prediction. So, I am basically wishing myself the best of two very different happiness.
