Lee Keun-ho scores first goal for Gangwon FC. Gangwon have looked very strong thus far. Moon Chang-jin is the ace of this team.
[FT] Ulsan 2-1 Pohang Jung Jae-yong scored both two goals. Kim Do-hoon is getting the best out of him and its paying off. The thing I like the most about Kim compared to Yoon Jung-hwan is that he is not playing the boring park-the-bus football after scoring 1 measly goal. If Yoon was still in charge, the most likelihood is that this match would have finished 1-1 after Pohang scoring the equalizer. There should be more to come from Ulsan - I mean Lee Jong-ho didnt even play at all today! (bench all day).
No Dong-geon is a very good gk, i don't understand why Suwon BW let him go. As for Ulsan vs Pohang, was an exciting match...but the technical level was rather low, i haven't seen nothing impressive really.
3 Players I couldnt be anymore happier with HSG - who would have thought he would be a starting member of the team straightaway?! JJY - hope he can continue this form throughout Windbichler - fantastic signing as expected
Jeonbuk's Lee Jae-sung (MF) looks to have suffered a fibula fracture on his left leg and will miss around 2 months. http://sports.media.daum.net/sports/soccer/newsview?newsId=20170305131553327
Honnam Derby lineup from K League Official site http://ticket.kleague.com/content/lineup?teamcode=K05&meet_year=2017&meet_seq=1&game_id=4
They really have to do something about that pitch. They have to play quite a number of games there until the U-20 WC finishes. It's like watching 80's or 90's football it really hurts my eyes. Even Jeonbuk players themselves are struggling with that ugly pitch.
Kim Min-jae almost perfect today...the only problem is...he and Lee Yong are at fault for Jeonnam's equalizing goal. Jeonbuk missed the original LJS so badly.
Official K league (english) site claim that 98.353 people attended k league matches in this round. Seems somehow legit numbers to me as i watched the highlights and live matches, and there was indeed more fans than usual in each stadium. What do you think about this?
It's opening round. Dont worry, K-League will go back to averaging 3K per game once the excitement of the new season worns out and KBO season starting. That Daegu-Gwangju game was abysmal. It looked something straight out of mid-table K-League Challenge match...
If anyone is wondering where Kim Min-jae got his huge body build from - his dad used to to play Judo and his mom used to play athletics http://sports.media.daum.net/sports/soccer/newsview?newsId=20170307060002854
Seo Jung-won, once again, shot in the foot himself in the 2nd half. His conservative approach in half-time adjustment will cost his job if he remains reluctant to make any change.
