Sorry Ivan....law of the djungle I would say. See,there really is very little that separates a club like Wednesday to a club like Wolves, really. The only thing nowadays is cash money. That´s what it is. We might disagree but it won´t change facts,We are loaded ATM..you ain`t. Future it might be reversed...out of the hands to you and me,the football supporter. All I like to say is this at this particular point in time. I respect Wolves,I respect Owls....It was anoyones game. Longterm...don´t know where either of us is heading. Fair enough Ivan?
He resigned... https://www.swfc.co.uk/news/2017/december/carlos-carvalhal-statement/ Now to get Chansiri to sell...
there are things about Chansiri that I do not care for. and watching Wednesday slide further and further down the table has tended to exacerbate them. BUT ... if I take a moment to think about it - and particularly in light of him having finally acted regarding Carlos - his patience as a chairman is probably something that deserves more appreciation than it's tended to receive over the last few months. I think it's probably better in the end having one who's a bit late with such decisions than who's a bit quick - without the patience to let a program proceed ... or fail, if that's what it's going to do. I do think Carlos should've gone a bit sooner. But if he'd been sacked in October, if I'm honest, I'd probably be thinking the chairman had acted hastily. I definitely wanted Carlos to succeed - not only for SWFC, but because I really like Carlos. In other words, even hindsight isn't 20/20 ... but it's a helluva lot better than trying to know in the moment. I don't necessarily want Chansiri to sell ... times were certainly a lot tougher before he came. But I do think he needs some football men around him. ... Then again, it was football men who had the club where it was when Milan bailed it out. So what do I know? At least the next few months should be different.
those are perhaps the ugliest kits i've ever seen. nice win, though. looked like westwood had himself a day in goal.
carvalhal hired by swansea. interesting. is that a case of falling upward? maybe a lateral move in the end, as they're still likely to be relegated.
Swansea City is 5 points short of safety, which it's possible to make up, but they have a hard upcoming schedule. 6 of their next 7 games are against clubs in the top half. They need to win at Newcastle United.
Caretaker boss Lee Bullen is looking for his side to bounce back against the Brewers, and said: "The good thing about the Championship is there's always another game around the corner. We know what Burton are about, they are fighting for their lives. Nigel Clough will have them well prepared, so we need to be ready for a battle." I do believe we lost to them last time we played them... oops we drew but it felt like a loss... Remember when you posted that @kcscsupporter ? I didn't think it could get any worse... boy was i wrong!
yeah, i figured we'd still manage to finish around the final playoff spot. i just thought we had too much talent throughout the team. unfortunately, it looks like we've comfortably nestled ourselves in the bottom half of the league for the long haul.
