That looks like the South Asian Games though (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/...in-Guwahati-Shillong/articleshow/49527171.cms). Different from the SAFF Women Championship, which confusingly enough is also held 2016 in India (http://www.goalnepal.com/news.php?id=26060).
