    Apparently, the keyword being "Apparently", 3 European club scouts are there in Doha to watch a specific player - Kwon Chang-hoon. They have interest in young Korean and Japanese players.
    The 3 clubs are apparently, the keyword being "apparently" - PSV Eindhoven, Augsburg and Freigburg.

    Btw, this reporter is actually reporting from Doha...

    Kwon Chan-hoon should move next summer if we make it to the Olympics. Playing time is key.
    If Freiburg is watching then I hope RSW play well, maybe even get a loan during this winter.

    Freiburg can't afford KCH. They are probably there to scout other unknown & inexpensive talent (or known player like RSW on loan with option to buy).

    Honestly I think scouting would be mostly useless for this tournament unless they are scouting RSW. None of the players should be moving other then him.
    If we make it to the Olympics then sure, scout all you want.

    probably could say about all 3. I don't doubt that they could be there on speculative fishing mission though and trying to find a (cheap cheap cheap) diamond in the rough.

    PSV can afford him but I doubt they need him.. or will wait til summer to purchase KCH.

    well, in that particular case, risk adjusted price is probably too rich for them. they can't be wasting that kinda money on a bust.
