Was the referee blind? The Saudi keeper faulted on all the saves. He literally jumped two meters off his line both times, watch the reply. The corrupted AFC just let Saudis get away with anything and everything.

Even though I had to lose to the Saudis, I have to say I'm glad that this happened. Blessing in disguise.

Interesting how Iraq keeps forging the ages of its players and still could not win. What a bunch of losers.

    Good job our lads!

Although this team is promising but its extremely sectarian. I watched the match on Facebook stream and I read the comments the entire match. 99% of the people are not pleased with them even the people from the same sect. I'd read comments like "Lattem Team" (Slapping team?) a religious practice and so. I hope a new management can take over and inspire the players to focus sports on the filed rather than showing religious acts on it.

Hahaha we lost a game to a great team. But we won 3 Asian cups and played in the final 6 times.

But why are you talking about something happened 5 years ago? And it's not even your team.

Is this loss making you so sore?

You will get over it. Losing is your speciality my man.

Lol nothing out of the ordinary, you lose, and you start "WISHING" while we are "DOING".

Sit aside my friend and just enjoy watching and wishing.

It's not just in the AFC ... this happens at the Olympics, Champions League final, even the World Cup itself.. seriously, FIFA really needs to make a stance on this. I can't comment on this particular game as I'm watching Jose Mourinho get an ass-whipping atm, but I really wish FIFA would enforce the keeper coming off their line rule, or not have it at all....

    Yup.
I still remember the Korean keeper in the WC 2002 quarter finals shootout against Spain and how far he came off his line to save the last PK but as usual at BigSoccer, there ought to be someone who always cherry pick whatever suits his argument. Salty!

Remember everyone, there are always wins/loses in soccer but the national teams are forever. So there are always tournaments/matches after each tournament/match in the future.

Not watching/following any of u20 games. I did not even watch any of our u17 games last month where we qualified to U17 WC by finishing runner up. Based on what I heard our U20 team is worse than U17 team.

Finally, all I can say is congrat. Saudi Arabia U20 and good luck Iraq U20 in the future except when you play against Iran U20 team.

Good luck all teams of this tournament but not against us obviously.

    Guys,
Leave the kids alone. Its just U-19 cup going on and you went till camels, history, geography , physics, chemistry maths and what all.
Try to find who was the stand out players for your team.
For KSA, we discovered Fahd Muwallad who is now in top form for senior side. As of now Rakan Al Enezi is playing amazing.

One thing good about this tourney is there is no much media attention. Players are stress free and not under pressure. They play to the full and deliver results...
