Zarate saving our skins, who'd ever think we'd be saying that 2 weeks ago?

He won't be on the first team, obviously, but in case you're interested.

Mario Rui has apparently accepted an offer from Fiorentina according to transfermarketweb.

Word is we are after 5 Italian players. Sirigu being touted along with Pelle. Plus 3 more. Roma are trying to swap Parades with Borja Valero.

I've addressed this on Xtratime and I'm on my way out the door so I'll just link to it.

6 months ago I would have said no chance.

However Mancini has shown Ljajic will not be part of inter and he doesn't seem to fit into roma's plans either so he's a realistic potential transfer. Jovetic could very well leave for a club that gives him more playing time and has a coach that believes in him.

What's going to happen to zarate and gomez though?

I don't want either. I'll just wait for Corvino to find the next Jovetic.

Largo ai giovani! Good job! If he plays as long as Buffon, he will be Fiorentina GK for 20 more years!

Dragowski has been the brightest Polish GK prospect for over two years now. I actually know one of his coaches well, and the guy says nothing but positives about him. Had an amazing 2014-15 season, and a bit of a let down last one. Still, I see him challenging for the starting spot at Viola if he continues on growing.
