Information: Code: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_AFF_U-19_Youth_Championship 2014 AFF U19 Youth Championship will be held in Vietnam from 5–13 September, 2014. This competition is held within ASEAN countries. In the year when AFC U19 Championship takes place, only ASEAN countries that are through to table round of the AFC U19 Championship have the right to participate in this competition. So, this year there're 4 ASEAN teams joining the competition, as follows: Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand and Indonesia. This year, Australian U19 boys will take part in as a member of AFF, when Japanese U19 guys - as a guest. These 6 teams are divided into 2 groups. A-group: Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia. B-group: Vietnam, Australia, Japan. Japanese team wanted to changed their group because they are in the same group with Vietnam in AFC U19 Championship later, in October this year. They don't want to Vietnamese team, who they beat 7-0 in NutiFood Cup earlier this year, to find their weakness or learn something from them. But AFF didn't allow, so they would bring B-squad to the game. Indonesia will also bring B-team to VN when their A-team is making a tour through Indonesia. Yesterday, 01-09-14, Australian squad arrived in VN. They came with the strongest team to take revenge against VN U19 boys who beat them 5-1 last year. On 03-09-14, Myanmar U19, Thailand U19 and Japan U19 squads will arrive in VN. Some matches and results between these teams recently: - Vietnam 0-7 Japan, in NutiFood Cup in earlier 2014. NutiFood Cup (will be held annually in VN between VN and some guests from strong clubs all around the world and a strong team in Asia) took place in VN from 08-10/01/2014 between AS Roma U19, Tottenham Hotspur U19, Japan U19 and Vietnam U19. Japan is the Champion this year. - Vietnam 5-1 Australia, last year in AFC qualifications. I think this time VN will have to try hard to just draw with Australian boys who are stronger, much bigger and taller, with experience from A-league. - Vietnam 0-0 (pen 6-7) Indonesia, final match in AFF U19 Cup last year, when Indonesian boys with the help of the Thailand referee played kungfu football against Vietnamese team. Vietnam 2-1 Indonesia, match in table round in AFF U19 Cup last year. - Myanmar 4-3 Vietnam, final match in 2014 Hassanal Bolkiah U22 last month. Myanmar played very well and deserved to be the champions. - Myanmar 1-0 Japan, 2014. - Vietnam 1-0 Thailand, semi-final match in 2014 Hassanal Bolkiah U22 last month, when Thailand boys also played kungfu football against Vietnamese guys like Indonesian boys did. - Vietnam 3-1 Indonesia, 13/08/2014, match in table round in 2014 Hassanal Bolkiah U22. Schedule: 05/09/2014 16h30: U19 Indonesia vs U19 Thailand 19h00: U19 Việt Nam vs U19 Australia 07/9/2014 16h30: U19 Australia vs U19 Japan 19h00: U19 Thailand vs U19 Myanmar 09/09/2014 16h30: U19 Myanmar vs U19 Indonesia 19h00: U19 Việt Nam vs U19 Japan 11/09/2014: Semi-finals. 13/09/2014: 3rd and 4th place. 13/09/2014: Final. All matches will be live on Youtube channel of VTC, a TV channel in VN. Here it is: https://www.youtube.com/user/vtctv B-table is a very tough table. I just hope VN U19 will get a point. I don't expect victories of VN U19 in this AFF U19 Cup, but I hope these guys could do something like getting through to semi-finals in AFC U19 Cup later, in October 2014.

Thailand U19 have arrived in HN. Thailand U19 Coach, Sasom Pobprasert: "Thailand U19 came here with the strongest team. Our goal is to get through to semi-finals. Our opponents are very strong but they won't be able to stop us. I hope we will meet VN U19 again and we won't let them beat us easily like before (2014 Hassanal Bolkiah)". Sounds like he can't accept the loss to VN U19 and really wants to take revenge. I just hope he won't tell the boys to play dirty football.
While all reporters are free to watch Japan U19 and Thailand U19, only Australian reporters can watch theirs guys' preparation. These Aussies are keeping some secret? Code: http://thethao.vietnamnet.vn/fms/tin-tuc-bong-da/111105/giau-bai--u19-australia-cam-cua-bao-chi.html Australia U19 bring 34 players to AFF U19 Cup, 17 of whom are playing in A-League. This is Daniel De Silva, the most expensive player in the competition, who transferred from Perth Glory, an Australian club, to AS Roma with transfer fee of $2.5 mil.
Japan U19. Code: http://thethao.vietnamnet.vn/fms/tin-tuc-bong-da/111103/u19-nhat-ban-tap-kieu----vo-thieu-lam.html The Japanese coach, Suzuki Masakazu, is very humble: "Compared to the match back in January, VN U19 have improved much. Meanwhile, our team has some changes. Anyway, we need to be careful when facing them again at AFF U19 Cup." I just hope this time our boys won't loose 0-7 to Japan again.
Thailand U19. Thailand U19 came in VN with 7 players playing in Thai Premier League. I don't have detailed info about Thailand U19. Code: http://thethao.vietnamnet.vn/fms/tin-tuc-bong-da/111104/can-canh-buoi-tap-cua-u19-thai-lan.html
Vietnam U19. Code: http://www.bongda.com.vn/Thu-vien-anh/347014_HLV_Graechen_Toi_hy_vong_U19_Viet_Nam_se_khong_so_hai.aspx The coach of VN U19, Guillaume Graechen: "I hope our boys won't be scared, but feel free and have as many victories as possible. The chance is 50-50, 'cause it's just a match. I know my team can beat any opponent, but we can also be beaten by all of them. Our players have trained hard before and during the competition in Brunei. Japan and Australia are two very strong teams. So, this competition is a very great test for us before entering AFC U19 Championship in Myanmar. I have changed some players to find the best ones."
Myanmar U19. Code: http://thethao247.vn/bong-da-viet-nam/tuyen-quoc-gia-vn/u19-myanmar-dat-muc-tieu-vao-ban-ket-giai-u19-dna-d90457.html Myanmar's goal is to get through to semi-finals. The coach of Myanmar U19, Gerd Friedrich Horst: "We don't have any changes. Myanmar U19 team is the same team, who are the champions of Hassanal Bolkiah U22. We are preparing for 2014 AFC U19 Championship and this is a good chance for our players to gain experiences."

The match between VN U19 and Aus U19 will definitely be streamed on their Youtube channel (VTC's Youtube channel). As for the matches without VN U19, I'm not sure if they will be on Youtube. But I'm sure all the matches will also be stream on VTV6.
You should win this time. Perfect! Is after Japan game. I want to see Gligor in action. Maybe he will play for Romania at senior level, but it will be a bit unfair. He was made by the Aussie system.
